Introduction of Pre-Payment System "Salon Pay"

Thank you always for choosing HEAD SPA Kuu.
To prevent last-minute and no-show cancellations and to facilitate smooth reservation management, we have introduced a pre-payment system "Salon Pay" through our reservation system "Reservia" effective January 20, 2026.
Your reservation will be confirmed once you have registered your credit card information and completed the pre-payment at the time of booking.
Please note that once payment has been completed, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances, so please take care to ensure the correct date, time, and menu when making your reservation.

Our reservation system only accepts reservations for 1 guest at a time.
If you wish to make a reservation for 2 or more guests, please contact us by email with your preferred date, time, number of guests, and desired course.

【Regarding reservations made by proxy (e.g., hotels)】
We kindly ask that reservations be made directly by the guest who will be visiting, either through online booking on our official website or by email.
We are unable to accept reservations made by proxy, and we appreciate your understanding.
Returning customers may continue to make reservations via 【phone or official LINE】 as before.
※New Japanese customers may also make reservations by phone.
※Customers with our gift tickets or Giftee vouchers, please make reservations by phone, email, or through Hot Pepper Beauty.
